Hello music lovers – Welcome to the Sonic Sounds of THE COOPERSONICS ! We are a singer/songwriter multi-instrumental music duo – JIM and JOHN COOPER (identical twins), and we create our unique style of pop music in Colorado. Our songs feature vocal harmony, surrounded by melodic musical hooks, written from the heart – to the heart.

We enjoy performing live, having played in various bands throughout the continental United States and Hawaii. Residing in Los Angeles, California, with CALCULATED RISK bandmates KARL HARVEY and JEFF GLAUBENSKLEE, we were fortunate enough to work with some of the most talented people in the music industry. Those helping us along our career path have included PAUL ROTHCHILD (producer of The Doors, Jimi Hendrix, and Janis Joplin),  JIM CANTALE (Mac Davis, The Pointer Sisters, Bobcat Goldthwait),  JOE SARACENO (producer of The Ventures and The Marketts),  GEORGE MOTOLA (hit songwriter and producer – “Goodnight My Love”, “Jeannie, Jeannie, Jeannie {for the Stray Cats}), LESTER SILL (The Coasters, Carole King, The Monkees), PETER RIVERA (drummer and lead singer for Rare Earth), JERRY CORBETTA (Sugarloaf), and JOE ROMERSA (L.A. songwriter/artist/ recording engineer/ record producer – Bob Dylan, John Prine, Carlene Carter, Soy Cowboy).

Those who have influenced our songwriting and musical styles come from an elite group of high-caliber renowned musicians including The BeatlesThe Eagles, and our Dad (strumming his Spanish guitar and singing)!

The songs are free from contractual obligations, and we are open to music publishing and/or recording offers. We write and record in our own state-of-the-art digital recording studio in Colorado, and perform classic rock cover songs and original material for various functions in all sorts of venues.

We sincerely hope you will take the opportunity to experience and enjoy the music of THE COOPERSONICS!
